⏳ How long does a custom figurine take to make and ship?
I make each figurine by hand in 10–14 business days. Rush production in 5–7 days is available at checkout. You get a semi-finished preview for approval. Then I ship worldwide with tracking.
✏️ Can I change the design before you ship it?
Yes. I send a preview before I finish your figurine. Tell me if you want a different outfit, pose, or size. I adjust it free before final approval.

🚚 Can I return a custom figurine if something is wrong?
All orders ship worldwide with tracking, in a gift box. As a custom item, I accept returns only for quality issues. If you find a craftsmanship issue, contact me within 7 days for a free remake or full refund.
🎵 Can I make my figurine a classic bobblehead?
Add the Bobblehead Spring Upgrade (+$10) at checkout. I mount the spring so the head gently nods. Your figurine has a fixed head by default.
