Upload them right on the product page in the Customization & Photo Upload box when you order — fastest. After ordering, use the chat bubble or email hello@lustarstudio.com with your order number. 3–5 clear photos (front, side, back); natural daylight, no blur, no heavy filters.
⏳ How long does it take?
Handmade in 10–14 business days (standard); rush production in 5–7 days available at checkout. You'll get a semi-finished preview for approval, then we finalize and ship worldwide with tracking (choose rush production and/or express delivery at checkout).
✏️ Can I request changes?
Yes! We send a preview before finishing. Want a different outfit, pose, or size? Tell us and we'll adjust—free revisions before final approval.
💰 Is shipping included?
Yes — every order ships with tracked delivery, worldwide. Delivery options at checkout: Standard (free); add Rush Production +$25 (5–7 day make) and/or Express Delivery +$28 (5–10 day fast delivery) — both for +$49.
🚚 What about shipping & returns?
All orders ship worldwide with tracking, beautifully gift-boxed. As a custom item, returns are only accepted for quality issues. If there is a craftsmanship issue, contact us within 7 days for a free remake or full refund.
