Terms of Service — LustarStudio

By placing an order with LustarStudio, you agree to the following terms. Every sculpture is a handmade, made-to-order polymer clay piece created from your photo.

Custom Order Process

Each piece is created from the photo you provide. Before production begins we send you a proof for confirmation. Production starts only after you approve the proof.

Photo & Copyright

You confirm you have the right to use the photo provided and that you hold permission for any person depicted. We do not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked characters without authorization.

Revisions

Each order includes 2 rounds of free revisions at the proof stage. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee, which we will confirm with you in advance.

Handmade Variation

Because each sculpture is handmade, slight differences in color, shape, and texture from the reference photo are natural and are not considered defects.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer available.
