How It Works
Every figurine is 100% handmade, one-of-a-kind, captured from your photos. Here's exactly how to bring your idea to life in 4 simple steps.
Step 1 · Choose & Order
Pick your product (single, couple, group, or pet), select any add-ons like accessories or a name plaque, attach 3–5 reference photos on the product page, and complete checkout.
Step 2 · Send Your Photos
You can upload 3–5 photos right on the product page when you order — or send them after via the chat bubble (fastest) or email us at lustarstudio@outlook.com. Include your order number and 3–5 clear photos — ideally face-on, side profile, and full body (front, side, and back; natural daylight, no blur, no heavy filters). For pets, add one shot showing full body markings.
Any special requests (outfit details, accessories, pose)? Mention them when you send your photos. Add-ons like props, name plaques, or extra details start at $10. The more angles you send, the more accurate your figurine!
Step 3 · Preview & Approve
We'll send you a proof of the head/face for your feedback, then the full figurine. You get 2 rounds of free revisions — once after the head/face preview, once after the full body preview. We only finalize after you approve.
Step 4 · Handcrafted & Delivered
Once approved, we add the finishing touches and handcraft your piece. Production takes 10-14 business days (single/couple/pet) or 14-18 business days (multi-person groups). We ship worldwide with tracking.
