Every figurine is 100% handmade, one-of-a-kind, captured from your photos. Here's exactly how to bring your idea to life in 4 simple steps.

Everything is made to order in my own studio — there is no warehouse and no stock sitting on a shelf. If you would like to see what finished pieces actually look like, the customer reviews show real orders from real owners.

Step 1 · Choose & Order

Pick your product (single, couple, group, or pet), select any add-ons like accessories or a name plaque, attach 3–5 reference photos on the product page, and complete checkout.

Step 2 · Send Your Photos

You can upload 3–5 photos right on the product page when you order — or send them after via the chat bubble (fastest) or email me at hello@lustarstudio.com. Include your order number and 3–5 clear photos — ideally face-on, side profile, and full body (front, side, and back; natural daylight, no blur, no heavy filters). For pets, add one shot showing full body markings.

Any special requests (outfit details, accessories, pose)? Mention them when you send your photos. Add-ons like props, name plaques, or extra details start at $10. The more angles you send, the more accurate your figurine!

Step 3 · Preview & Approve

I'll send you a semi-finished preview of the piece for your feedback. You can ask for changes to the outfit, pose, or size at that stage, free of charge. I only finalize after you approve.

Concrete feedback works best here — naming a reference photo and pointing at a specific feature is far easier to act on than a general impression. The guide to ordering from a photo explains how to get the most out of the preview.

Step 4 · Handcrafted & Delivered

Once approved, I add the finishing touches and handcraft your piece. Production takes 10-14 business days (single/couple/pet) or 14-18 business days (multi-person groups). I ship worldwide with tracking.

Common questions about ordering

How long does it take?

Production is 10-14 business days for single, couple, and pet pieces, and about 14-18 business days for multi-person groups. Shipping is additional — see the Shipping & Returns page for current estimates by destination.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

Yes. You will see a semi-finished preview of the piece before I finalize it, and you can ask for changes at that stage, free of charge. Nothing is finalised until you approve it.

What if my photos are not great?

Send what you have and you will get an honest answer about what is achievable. Older and slightly soft photos often work well; the harder cases are faces that are small in the frame, heavily shadowed, or strongly filtered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide, with tracking. Import duties and taxes are set by your destination country and are not included in your order total — the Shipping & Returns page has the current rules by region.

What if it arrives damaged?

Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will remake the piece or refund you in full. Because each piece is made to your photos, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective — full details are in the FAQ.

Can I order as a gift for someone else?
