Shipping and Returns

Where we ship from: All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in Shenzhen, China.
Processing Time All items are made to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for production on single, couple, and pet figurines, and about 14–18 business days for multi-person group pieces, before shipping.
Shipping Options
  • Standard: FREE — 10-14 day make, then 2-3 weeks shipping with tracking
  • Rush Production: +$25.00 — 5-7 day make, then 2-3 weeks standard shipping
  • Express Rush: +$49.00 — 5-7 day make, then 5-10 days fast delivery
Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only for damaged or defective items. If your order arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll remake it or refund you in full.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before production begins (before you’ve approved your design preview). Once your preview is approved and crafting has started, orders are non-cancellable because your piece is made exclusively for you. Unapproved orders that don’t respond to our confirmation emails within 14 days will be auto-cancelled and refunded.
