What is a custom figurine made of?
Polymer clay, sculpted and coloured by hand, then cured so it holds its shape. Colour is mixed into the clay itself rather than painted on in thick surface layers.
Can you include more than two people?
Yes — group pieces are built from several photos so everyone is included. Send what you have and we will say if anything is unclear.
How do I know it will look right?
You see a photo of the finished figurine before it ships. If something is off we fix it — that is exactly why we send the proof first.
Can I order as a surprise gift?
You will need at least a clear photo of whoever the piece is for. Order early: handmade pieces cannot be rushed overnight.
