How ordering works
Pick your piece and size, upload 3–5 clear photos when you order, and we'll send you a semi-finished preview before anything ships. Handmade in 10–14 business days (larger group pieces 14–18), then shipping takes 2–3 weeks on the standard rate or 5–10 days with express.
